Welcome

On the download page you will find scripts written in matlab which I use for MRI, fMRI (SPM8), EEG or MEG. Those scripts are provided 'as such' but you can e-mail me if you have problems and I'll try to help. Details on these techniques are available in the corresponding pages (fMRI and Neurophysiology).

On the statistics side I tried to present the usual statistic alongside with their implementation in matlab using the general linear model. Introductory texts on vectors and matrices are also available.

Using EEG and a new statistical decomposition method, we showed that information (Mean R2) accumulates much more slowly with age
